Forney Independent School District’s Keith Bell Opportunity Central, or “The OC,” is a one-of-a-kind school that aims to transform the way schools and communities educate future generations. A career and college center, multi-purpose complex, and student-run business hub with fine arts spaces and more, it’s designed to create new opportunities for everyone in the Forney ISD Family.

The 350,000-square-foot facility is home to a large number of students, faculty, and staff every day, so it demands restroom fixtures that are built for the long haul. That’s why Forney ISD Maintenance Director Ronnie Griffith specified Sloan products for The OC’s 43 restrooms — from faucets and sink decks to toilet and urinal flushometers — that enhance the new facility’s overall restroom aesthetic, save water, and make life stress-free for the maintenance team.

“I prefer Sloan over many other wash fountains because of the reliability,” Griffith said. “All products are off the floor and mounted very well. I expect these products to last a couple of decades.”

By its 25th anniversary, Coors Field’s club level and clubhouse restrooms required an upgrade to meet modern standards of sustainability, aesthetics, and ease of maintenance. Located in the beautiful village of River Forest, Ill., the River Forest Tennis Club (RFTC) offers its members 10 excellent clay courts for tennis, a collegiate-size swimming pool, and a wide expanse of lawn for play, parties, and events.

Since 1905, RFTC’s Frank Lloyd Wright-designed clubhouse has been a gathering spot for summer dinners, entertainment, and more. Men’s and women’s locker rooms were installed at the clubhouse in 1968, and after over 50 years of use, RFTC knew it needed to undergo significant renovations to each, starting with the men’s locker room in 2020.
