PPG Paints Arena

As the home of the NHL’s Pittsburgh Penguins, PPG Paints Arena is a 19,758-seat venue that hosts over 150 events per year. Beyond hockey games, the regional epicenter welcomes many other athletic events, concerts, and shows.

To provide its high volume of guests with an enjoyable, hygienic experience, PPG Paints Arena knew it needed to upgrade its restrooms to touch-free. In the summer of 2020, the arena turned to Sloan to retrofit its main concourse restrooms, suites, and locker rooms to provide an entirely touch-free restroom experience throughout the entire facility—while also adding an enhanced aesthetic to its faucet designs.

• G2 8111 Exposed Sensor Flushometers, installed across various locations, provide sensor-activated operation, eliminating touchpoints and reducing wear and tear.
• EBV500A Exposed Sensor Retrofit Flushometers allow the venue to efficiently upgrade existing fixtures into touch-free systems, minimizing downtime and installation costs while extending the functional life of the restrooms.
